The location at the end of the Aqueduct was ideal. We had the advantage of a scenic walk along the aqueduct to the town for sightseeing. We were close enough to town to be able to walk back and forth 95-10 mins). The hotel interior was beautifully finished with a mixture of being functional, historic and luxurious. The staff were friendly and helpful with tourist info. I would not hesitate to recommend this to friends and would come back again. The free parking and internet connection were also important in choosing this hotel.
Initially, I thought I would have liked a swimming pool however as it turned out we were so busy we would not have had time to use it. This is the only reason I did not rate the facilities as excellent. We did not use the restaurant as we found it a little pricey and wanted to experience a restaurant frequented by locals. We did not know enough about the restaurant at the hotel.

The breakfast options were satisfactory, especially the ham and wine. Fantastic location near restaurants in the old city. - Easy access to Santo Cristo del Mercado.

Excellent location with free parking which itself is a headache in some places. Loved the bodega where you could have drinks and tapas.
Would have used the restaurant but it was a bit too pricey for our tastes

The breakfast was great, the staff were better than the 5 star hotel we stayed in in Madrid. Courtyard area very nice and overall would recomend. Not in the town centre but has free parking so ideal if tou have a car.

Had a nice stay in the picturesque town of Segovia, glad I've chosen it. I ate at a pretty good restaurant for lunch and dinner. The location was amazing and fantastic, just 5 min walk from a Roman aqueduct. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a comfortable area.

This place has a wonderful location, right next to cafes, restaurants, a converted monastery, and the old town center, plus it's just 1 km from Marques de Lozoya House.

General facilities avaiable. Excellent breakfast. Good location - quiet but easy & interesting walk to city centre.
Intrusive noise of piped music - particularly that outside of our room. Poor bathroom design/layout; for instance - not much room to use the toilet. Space in bedroom not made best use of; for instance - a small bed would have made space for two bedsie units. We thought that the hotel is pretentious.
